AutoCAD is a CAD (Computer Aided Design or Computer Aided Drafting) software application for 2D and 3D design and drafting. Our class used autocad for our condo design, which you  may find in my blog. From this assignment I learned:
  • Learned to use many functions
  • How to make shapes
  • To draw lines, arrows, arcs, circles and polylines
  • Draw 2D drawings
  • Add text
  • Hatching
  • Make proper measurements

AutoCad Drawings

These drawings were made on autocad, this assignment helped me prepare for the condo drawings. It gave me an idea of how to use autocad the basic tools like drawing simple lines, arrows, circle and arcs. Other tools I learned how to use through the process of making these autocad drawings were hatching, learning how to make correct measurements and how to add text. This assignment helped me with the tools because everyone one of them were needed to design my condo.
